If we hold your tiles in stock, from the moment you place your order, our dedicated team springs into action. We understand that timing is everything, so we prioritise quick processing to ensure your tiles arrive when you need them.

2. Careful Handling
We package our tiles as carefully as we can to avoid any damage during transit. At the moment, this involves plastic, but we are working on a solution. Accidents do happen, but if any tiles are chipped or cracked , we will work with you to replace or refund as soon as possible.

3. Friendly, Professional Service
Our team is always happy to help and we work with courteous and professional drivers, so your delivery experience will be as smooth and pleasant as possible.

Delivery Information

To deliver your tiles and products we use an external courier company. The delivery charges below are for deliveries to mainland England, Scotland and Wales. We can deliver to other locations but will need to quote separately for those deliveries.

  • For all orders up to £100 (exclusive of VAT) we charge a subsidised fee of £27.50
  • For orders between £101 and £399 (exclusive of VAT) we charge a subsidised fee of £25.00
  • For orders over £400 (exclusive of VAT) standard delivery to mainland England, Wales and Scotland is free.
  • Due to insurance, the delivery driver is not allowed to transfer your order from the pallet into your property but will leave them as close as they can outside.
