We package our tiles as carefully as we can to avoid any damage during transit. At the moment, this involves plastic, but we are working on a solution. Accidents do happen, but if any tiles are chipped or cracked , we will work with you to replace or refund as soon as possible.

We deliver across mainland England, Scotland and Wales using a trusted external courier. For deliveries outside these areas (including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, or offshore locations) please contact us for a separate quote.
