Can I order tile samples?

We offer free of charge cut samples of all our tiles, the perfect way to try before you buy. Don't forget to view your samples at different times of the day and with the lights on and off. Postage and packaging are free of charge.

Why Order a Free Cut Sample?

Ordering a free tile sample allows you to see the tile before making a decision. You can:

  • See the colour under your home’s lighting
  • Feel the texture and finish, whether that’s smooth gloss or subtle matt
  • Check the style against your décor
  • Compare different options side by side
How Many Can I Order?

You can order up to four free cut samples per household. Each one is a small section of the full tile (approx 10 x 15cm), cut to give you a feel for the colour, texture, and finish. If you need a full-size sample, just get in touch.

How to Order

Ordering is simple:

  1. Browse the tile ranges online
  2. Click ‘Order Free Sample’ on any tile product page or on the image in the product grid
  3. Add your samples to your basket - the first 4 will be free
  4. Enter your details at checkout - free shipping will be applied as long as there's no other products in the order

We’ll dispatch your samples as quickly as possible so you can get started on your project!

How big are the tile samples?

The tile samples are cut to approximately 10cm x 15cm.

Metro tiles are usually cut in half.

Where there's tiles with a vein, we aim to ensure our samples includes part of the vein so you can see the colour/pattern/texture confidently.

Can I order full size tile samples?

You can order a single tile if you wish, but the website will charge you for shipping.
