Tiles are one of the easiest wall and floor finishes to maintain. With the right care, ceramic and porcelain tiles can look great for many years with minimal effort.

Everyday Cleaning

For routine cleaning, simply sweep, vacuum or dust regularly to remove dirt and grit that could scratch the surface.

Most ceramic and porcelain tiles can then be cleaned using:

• Warm water
• A pH-neutral tile cleaner
• A soft mop or cloth

Avoid allowing dirt and spills to build up, particularly in high-traffic areas.

Gloss Tiles

Gloss tiles have a smooth, reflective finish that is easy to clean and ideal for bathrooms, kitchens and feature walls.

To keep gloss tiles looking their best:

• Wipe away water marks regularly
• Use a non-abrasive cloth or sponge
• Avoid harsh scouring pads or abrasive cleaners

Matt Tiles

Textured & Split Face Tiles

Textured and split face tiles create stunning feature walls but may require a little more attention when cleaning.

• Cleaning gently to avoid damaging textured surfaces
• Avoiding excessive moisture on interior feature walls unless the product is specifically designed for wet areas

Outdoor Tiles

Outdoor porcelain tiles are designed to withstand the British weather and require very little maintenance.

To keep them looking their best:

• Remove leaves and debris regularly
• Wash periodically with clean water
• Use a suitable outdoor tile cleaner if required

Pressure washers may be used carefully on outdoor porcelain tiles, but avoid excessive pressure directly on grout joints.

Grout Care

Keeping grout clean helps maintain the appearance of your tiled surface.

To protect grout:

• Wipe up spills promptly
• Clean regularly using a grout-safe cleaner
• Avoid bleach-based products unless specifically recommended by the manufacturer

Over time, grout may naturally require refreshing depending on usage and location.

• Abrasive powders
• Wire brushes
• Harsh chemical cleaners
• Undiluted bleach

These products may damage the tile surface, grout or
protective finishes.

wood or concrete. Variations in colour, pattern and texture are part of the
design and help create a more authentic appearance.

Delivery of Tiles

Tiles are heavy and fragile products, so deliveries are usually made on a pallet to the kerbside of your property.

• Someone is available to inspect and sign for the delivery.
• Safe access is available for the delivery vehicle.
• Any visible damage is reported at the time of delivery.

Checking Your Order

Please inspect your order as soon as possible after delivery.

If there are any issues with:

• Damage
• Shortages
• Incorrect items

Please contact us promptly with photographs where possible so we can help resolve the issue quickly.

Tile Delivery to Mainland UK

We deliver across mainland England, Scotland and Wales using a trusted external courier. For deliveries outside these areas (including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, or offshore locations) please contact us for a separate quote.

Delivery Charges

 Delivery is based on the pallet size and weight as well as your Zone. Orders over £300 have free shipping within mainland UK.

Returns

We understand that plans can change.

Returning Unused Products

Unused products may be eligible for return, subject to our returns policy and supplier conditions.

To be considered for return, products should:

• Be unused and in their original packaging
• Be in resalable condition
• Be returned within the applicable returns period

Special Order Products

Some products are specially ordered or manufactured to customer requirements and may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

Return Costs

Return transport and collection charges may apply and are normally deducted from any refund where applicable.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If you believe a product is faulty or arrives damaged, please contact us before installation. We may request photographs and additional information to investigate the issue.
